Refund Policy:

  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
  • Cancellation effective at the end of current billing period
  • Account access continues until subscription expiration

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MIDBRO and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from or arising out of:

  • Your use and access of the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

Termination

By You:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or through your account settings.

By Us:

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Effect of Termination:

Governing Law and Disputes
